Job Description
o Bachelor's / Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
o Minimum 10 years related experience preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry, with 3 years of senior managerial role
o A thorough knowledge of accounting principles; tax law regulations; foreign exchange accounting; financial processes and systems
o Multi-tasking skills, good interpersonal & communication skills and a high level of commercial understanding
o Strong Analytical skills to create reports to track KPIs regularly, more importantly have the experience to establish these reports without seeking constant guidance
o Strategic Financial Management Skills
o Strong SAP would be an advantage
o An understanding of organizational change processes
o Be committed to pro-actively developing and training staff in his/her competency to meet future demands
o Strong leadership ability and the ability to motivate the team
o Ability to work in a team and facilitate the building of the Team
o High levels of Integrity regarding customer service and action orientation
o Excellent in writing and speaking Khmer and English
Job Requirement
• Strategy and Planning:
o Formulate Financial Strategy, adding overall value to the business system.
o Lead finance and provide guidelines & support to the YHS Indochina’s management team to develop the company business plan & long term strategy, ensure the YHS Indochina’s business plan is in line with the YHS Group’s strategy.
o Monitor the business performance to ensure YHS Indochina’s financial result is meeting the set strategy & business plan.
o Develop effective business partner team to support business and monitoring the company performance.
o Commercial: Provide direction and financial inputs/analysis to commercial team e.g. A&P impact on performance, price sensitivity, launching of new products, packaging innovation, marketing spending, sales agreement, value chain model, etc to maximize the return on the investment.
o Supply Chain: Provide direction and financial inputs to supply chain to ensure production, logistic and overall distribution efficiency and effectiveness, improve performance, profitability.
o Challenge the operational performance, seeking opportunities for improvement and maximize return.
o Monitor the business performance to ensure execution to be carried out as per the plan; propose and implement corrective action.
o Cost control: Analyze and highlight the opportunity to minimize the operation costs
o Ensure adequate controls, policies, procedures, & practices are in place to protect company assets.
o Regularly review and ensure that the company adheres to the Policies, Procedures, Code of business conduct, and Standards & Protocols set down by YHS Group.
o Ensure the business system, process and operation routine are fully compliant with the local regulation including tax compliance.
o Review the audit reports and develop appropriate corrective actions, systems and controls and monitor the implementation.
o Ensure the Finance transactions process and governance e.g. Payment, collection, treasury…are carried out as per the company policy and being compliant to the local regulation.
o Financial reports to the group office and local authority are completed timely and accurate.
