Job Description
• Assessing and analyzing the loan application submitted by branches and recommend by MSME Loan Evaluation Officer/Senior MSME Loan Evaluation Officer and has to ensure the enough data, information, and relevant documents/references.
• Analyzing and comment to loan cases in liaison with loan policy and forward to concerned department / committee.
• Verifying and clarify the loan before submitting to Department/ MSME Credit Committee, and presenting the loan to Department/MSME Credit committee.
• Verifying accuracy of loan approval resolution before its delivery to branches.
• Preparing proper loan meeting agendas for designated credit committees.
• Coordinating and Conduct the site visit of collateral/ properties, businesses, and other information of the MSME loans.
• Acting as a risk coordinator in identify credit risk for Micro Loan and MSME lending.
• Preparing MSME lending report including lending trend, market competition (price &loan conditions), PAR & solving progress, risk and risk mitigation.
• Onside coaching and training to credit operator staff to help them to do loan assessment and able to complete loan forms.
• Collecting and control errors of loan proposals submitted by branches and suggesting the ways for improving to Deputy/Head of Micro Lending Department.
• Reviewing and implement target planning of Micro Lending Department and relevant departments effectively and in a responsible manner.
• Setting up and controlling as yearly, monthly, and daily plan of disbursement and collection to growth quality of loan portfolio.
• Following up the subordinates’ performance, identify the training need, provide supporting to improve their performance, and participate the capacity building.
• Doing refreshment to staffs on guideline, procedure, and improve weakness points timely or at least once within 06 months.
• Performing other various duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Minimum age 25 years old.
• Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or Finance and Banking or in any related field.
• At least three years’ experience in Microfinance or banking industry or another related field.
• Honesty, Initiative, creatively, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, and able to manage and lead team for success.
• Ability and effectively communicate in both Khmer and English.
• Sound working knowledge of Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Internet, and Email).
• Good commitment in fieldwork and strong willing to work with rural people.
• Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/ banking rules and regulations.
