- Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health at construction site
- Strongly implement Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations at site
- Support in review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
- Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
- Carry out safety inspections, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported.
- Support in health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
- Provide regular reports to the HSE Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Site Manager.
- Conduct toolbox meeting safety training to workers, technicians and staffs.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work

 Inspect civil engineering works and organize and supervise maintenance and repair work.
 Check finished works if they are complied with specifications, regulations and contract provisions.
 Civil and Structural Engineer provides technical and operational support.
 Assists in research, design, construction, operation and maintenance of project such as Road, Bridge, Building and Drainage System.
 Help to estimate costs, prepare specifications for materials and carry out surveying and drafting.
 Prepare drawing works, plans and designs for construction work.
 Use computer to produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation.
 Maintain close contact with construction workers and project managers.
 Prepare report of work progress.

 Supervise a team of interior design, site controlling and electricity to ensure that the project deadline is met.
 Prepare project proposal based on clients’ need and concept and present it to them.
 Manage interior design team by providing concept and best practice to interior design work.
 Prepare quotation and propose some available material for the clients.
 Follow up with interior design team and site controlling team to check up project progressive based on project schedule.
 Prepare and update project schedule for each project for project progressive monitoring.
 Prepare BOQ of each project and method statement
 Work with sub-contractor to ensure that the given tasks are completed by schedule.
 Conduct site visit to see the actual completed work vs prepared schedule, progressive project.
 Check ordered material with its specification.
 Provide technical support to interior design team, site controlling team, electricity team, and sub-contractor.
 Make payment to sub-contractor based on contract and team of payment.
 Prepare weekly report to design manager
 Other tasks assigned by line manager.
