Leadership
Guide, share, and communicate with team to deliver excellent customer service in term of graphic and interior design.
Prioritize tasks to make sure overall projects get done on time.
Coach, train and develop new and existing team members to make sure they know how to do their jobs.
Clearly understanding SHH mission and vision to be able to communicate to the team.
Being a role model for the team to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
Work collaboratively with your team to brain storm good ideas and help them increase innovative thinking among the team.
Daily Task
Develop SHH store as a source of inspiration, tips and ideas as well as a qualified Tile, Bath and Kitchen specialist.
Work with all Store Supervisors to make sure that product range presentation and visual merchandising in the store is optimized and that there is a common thread throughout each store.
Provide a vibrant and exciting atmosphere that convinces the visitors to come back for more repeat visits.
Ensure that all SHH stores are well presented, and follow all of the pre-set planogram and store design guideline.
Walk the store once every two weeks to make sure the stores are well organized according to plan.
Together with the Store Supervisor, strive to reach the SHH positioning objectives and to position the store on the local market as the No. 1 choice for Tile Bath & Kitchen provider.
Communicate with other departments and management to resolve any problems.
Plan, execute and follow-up on the store promotional campaigns.
Work with the Line Manager to plan and organize marketing activities.
Plan and lead major changes in the store including building up new store.
Brief with client after project completion to ensure that goals are met and the project are done according to the customer’s expectations.
Work closely with technician team on kitchen and furniture installation to ensure that it follows the design plan.
Design banner, leaflet, booklet, name card, ID card, X-stand, promotion banner, and others related with design career.
Manage project installation schedule using Project Management templates.
Report
Prepare and present weekly and monthly report of your goal and achievement.
Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
Prepare Project Installation Schedule and report project progress.
Evaluate on project performance for both internal and external installation team to ensure excellent customer service.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
BA in Interior Design or any relate field.
At least 1 years working experience in Interior or graphic Design position.
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
Be able to travel to the site when needed.
Be able to work under pressure.
Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.
Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)
Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
Strong skill in organization.
