Senior interior architect role is to design and renovate internal spaces and structures with creative skills and technical knowledge. He/she shall be completing the interior architectural works required in project phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender/Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration.
II. Duties & Responsibilities
Senior Interior Architects are the professionals responsible for turning ideas into interior spaces with the following works:
• Select images to show concepts and design direction.

• Provide revised and refined scaled layouts for all main areas.
• Digital sample boards and furniture selections.

• Choose and/or design all carpeting, fabrics, decorative accessories, furnishing and fixtures, including lamps and decorative lighting, etc.
• Collaborate with the lighting designer to bring reflected ceiling plans and fixture layouts to completion
• Prepare drawing, specification and FF&E package required.
• Prepare documentation to specify finish requirements for tendering purposes.
• Conduct briefing and Site visits to tenderers, if necessary.
• Review of shop drawings.
• Conduct periodic visits to the project site in order to determine if work is being performed according to design intend/contract documents.
• Perform other duties assigned by Lead Architect/Architectural Manager
Job Requirement
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Interior Architecture/ Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years working experience in design company
• Proven experience on delivering a wide range of projects with varying sizes, complexities and industries

The role of Structural Design Manager is to ensure the structure design withstand stresses and pressure imposed through environmental and human use without any deflect, rotate, vibrate excessively or collapse. The individual must also prepare reports and work with architects, urban planners and other professionals.

- Give direction to Structural Senior Designer/Engineer, and Structural Designer/Engineer, and all Structural Design Group members.

- Calculate the pressures, stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes;
- Consider the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design;
- Make drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors;
- Liaise with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound;
- Liaise with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction;
- Liaise with government authorities in their own inspections relating to the project.

- Contract drafting and administration including preparing Contracts, Contract review, collating comments from across the Project Management team, assessing interim payment applications (progress claims), variations / claims, Extensions of Time (EoT) and Final Accounts.
