- Calculating workload for workers team based on week and month progress.
- Control the reporting of material use, ensuring compliance with norms.
- Guide construction workers, check the quality of items according to the prescribed
process.
- Always closely follow the construction site to urge workers to work, ensure the
requirements of quality, construction progress, labor safety, and site cleaning.
- Divide the volume, set up the required materials- equipment for each item
according to the construction schedule.
- Check and control finishing work quality.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations overseeing
building work.
- Solve any problems occurring in the construction and technical aspects of the
work.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Design materials for prints and web respecting branding and graphic guideline
• Proceeding to any required adjustments
• Provide ready to use layouts and template for minor graphic needs
• Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.
• Negotiate and follow up production, schedule, quality with printing house
• Design and layout artwork for social media and print including promotion, posters, banners, and other assets
• Digital space: HTML, web banner ads, website, social media creative materials Print media

- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control, and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work

articipate in draw up of company project plan and annual plan, prepare the stage construction schedule, material supply and financial plan.
•Organize the management work of bidding, prepare for study and tender documents.
•Responsible for reviewing design program of construction and delivery work.
•Responsible for reviewing construction program, engineering change, material substitution, etc. and control the engineering cost strictly.
•Responsible for organization work of technical negotiation, solve the technology and quality problem appeared in the construction and report to related leader to check.
•Organize the acceptance and delivery work of each project, supervise the engineering record and file data delivery.
•Responsible for training, guidance, management and assessment work of section staffs.
•Others jobs assigned by Department Manager.

-Able to estimate rebar quantity for Tender.
-Make bar list follow shop drawing (details for installation).
-Calculate steel& cement for being used.
-Control worker at site.
-Other worker assign by project manager.

- Develop concept design into construction drawing
- Review and check materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples
- Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress
- Highly responsible for the completion of work with accuracy and within deadline
- Design the construction drawing
- Report directly to Interior Design Manager
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager

- Follow SCG Life Saving Rule
- Maintain QMS to be compliance with ISO
- Control document ensure all document are released correctly
- Customer complaint handling: collect data and samples on site. Conduct sample testing, analysis conclude result and collaborate with sale team to response to customer.
- Non-conformity control: work closely with production leader manage non-conformity raw material and finished goods avoid contamination with conformity products.
- Products quality analysis: conduct testing products quality in order to benchmark compare to others brand.
- Problem analysis: assist production operator to find root cause by using technical tools like 7 QC tools ,5M1E, FMEA,…
- Other tasks to be assigned by manager
