1. Scope of working:

Site Decor Engineer is reporting directly to site manager/Construction Management Director and supervision day to day operation of site work.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit
- Identify and highlight possible risk on project
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Finishing work
- Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

1. Scope of working:

Batching Plant Engineer: is responsible in inspecting work areas, controlling the operations and production of the batching plant and Equipment.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Daily check and Maintenance of pneumatic pumps and valves of batching plant;
- Monitor and control errors in hydraulic system being used at the batching plant;
- Managing the stock of all raw materials aggregates, cement, filler and additive;
- Present the daily general production report of the batching plant;
- Work with site engineers to ensure accuracy in concrete production;
- Conduct a daily safety meeting to address the operating and maintenance hazards;
- Responsible for the quality control of concrete;
- Control the doze and temperature of raw material to achieve the desire temperature of concrete;
- Reads specification sheets to determine sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required for batch of concrete;
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

- Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of batching plant;
- Maintenance of pneumatic pumps and valves of batching plant;

• Review and verify structural engineers’ calculation of estimated construction materials and cost.
• Design detailed structures of all systems and elements of buildings (beams, columns, slab…).
• Lead structural engineer and design team in drawing and managing time and budget.
• Ensure structural plan is in compliance with company standards.
• Examine every risk of all structural plans to maintain architectural and structural integrity.
• Oversee on-site inspection of the structural work.

- Follow up with sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Keep track of the project schedule
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of manpower
- Prepare report of sub-contractors
Check the quality and safety at the construction site
- Cooperates with other departments to make smoothly operation at site as planning
- Other tasks will assign by Supervisor

• Degree in civil engineer, architecture or other related fields;
• Minimum 02 years of work experience in site quantity surveyor in real estate development or construction industry;
• Strong cost knowledge pertaining to construction, architectural and engineering design criteria, construction sequencing and detailing, construction materials, methodologies and best practices;
• Proven good English communication both verbal and written;
• Computer literacy.
• Good in analytical skills, sales skill, detail oriented personality and able to work under pressure.

•Responsible for reviewing design program of construction and delivery work.

•Responsible for organization work of technical negotiation, solve the technology and quality problem appeared in the construction and report to related leader to check.
•Organize the acceptance and delivery work of each project, supervise the engineering record and file data delivery.
•Responsible for training, guidance, management and assessment work of section staffs.
•Others jobs assigned by Department Manager.
