•Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
•Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
•Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
•Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
•Working with the Project Manager, supervise, and check activities of workers.
•Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
•Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

• Manage/Collect data on competitors, consumers and market conditions, etc.

General Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during the execute phase of projects with the team of Obayashi Vietnam Corporation - Cambodia Branch which is newly established in Phnom Penh.

Main duties as following;
- Work at site as safety supervisor to keep site work safety, cleaning & in order.

• Responsible for ensuring all product literature, data, internal documents, product, and carton labels are reviewed and updated to remain compliant with local requirements and global standards. Prepares, submits, and maintains all required paperwork for pharma/food regulatory compliance
• Food and Workplace Safety meets legal, company and international standards, including GMP, pharmaceutical GMP, HACCP, BRC and OHSAS 18001. Product development inventories are managed (specifications and MSDS)
• Consults with team to ensure products in development comply with market’s regulatory requirements. Acts as Liaison to Ministry of Health
