• Maintains relationships with sales team by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements

• Ensure core banking system is available and can response to JMC business requirements.
• Closely coordinate with software vendor to resolve system problems caused by users, hardware and software.
• Create new branches, products, features, modules... up on request.
• Create query reports based on requirement
• Support system upgrades, new features and/or product test, and apply fixes/patches.
• Provide system training and support to Head Office and Branches.

• To review and perform KYC assessment on client on-boarding and periodic review as Line 2 of defence.
• To analyse comparative data, prepare and present reports related to AML risk assessments, and monitor AML related issues and escalation.
• To prepare reports related to AML.
• To conduct training to all level of staff on Legal and Compliance.
• To create and develop AML Compliance materials, policies, and procedures.
• To advise on a plan of action for risk issues, based on analysis of information.

• Work with Project team, Development and Business team to create test case/scenario

• Accountable for Legal and Compliance affairs:
o Assist in investigation of compliance breaches/lapses and come up with recommendation for action.
o Monitor and escalate all new and changes in laws and regulations which is applicable to AMK’s businesses to responsible departments.
o Develop training materials of the compliance and run compliance training.
o Provide assistance in developing and updating policies and procedures by enforcing document standards.
o Maintain policies, procedures, exceptional report registration. Alert the Policy Owner to review the policies and procedures.
o Assist manager to conduct regulatory compliance testing.
o Accountable for AML/CFT:
o Update AMK regulatory blacklist and internal watch-list and ensure the lists are updated in the customer screening systems.
o Perform customer risk profiling and alert to the manager on high risk customer for conducting enhance customer due diligence
o Monitor and analyse suspicious transactions and report those to Compliance Manager and Head of Legal and Compliance.
o Assist manager to conduct compliance testing.
o Guide and assist all staff regarding compliance with AML/CFT policy and procedure.
o Prepare AML/CFT reports as required by Manager.

• Develop tool and follow up the office, ATM rental contract and renew rental contract with branches.
• Tracking all rental contract 1 time per week and then negotiate with landlord related to new rental condition.
• Branch visit to study on location and finding new location for office to set up new project either relocated.
• Visit branch which contract is nearly expire and find other new option and data to propose to the Office Committee and ATM Committee.
• Prepare proposal of Office and ATM to committee for making decision.
• Prepare minute meeting after committee making decision.
• Negotiate with landlord for doing rental contract.
• Prepare all rental Office and ATM Contract with Landlord, Legal, and finance department.
• Prepare all relate document as require by legal to support on applying for license.
• Prepare all relate document as require for insurance Purchas
• Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

• Prepare detail plan of IT related for the year aligning with overall plan by Head of Internal Audit and present to Head of Internal Audit for approval
• Design risk and audit universe of IT related field as a data and information collection (IT infrastructure, Management Information System, IT Security, Core Banking Support, IT related projects)
• Design audit program to define objectives and scope of the IT related; the objectives are to ensure the integrity of the data and processes that the system support
• Conduct IT related audit missions with regards to the objectives and scopes defined and approved by Head of Internal Audit
• Involve in some assigned specific IT and system projects
• Be pro-active on updating related emerging IT risks and update the status of cyber security and the IT general control including, but not limited to, network infrastructure and firewall security setting, data management
• Take lead in designing of standard IT audit program for branch audit to test appropriateness and compliance
• Provide training and refreshment training of IT audit program for branch audit to related staff
• Provide immediate recommendation as the result of both the compliances, risk and operational audits relating to IT
• Draft internal audit report on own findings and report to Head of Internal Audit
• Ensure constant capacity building and up-to-date of AMK’s performance
• Maintain constant communication with IT department relating to the performance of the IT department
• Other tasks required by the HIA.
