General work of Project Engineer

Technical:
• Establish Project parameters including start and co constraints and budget allowances;
• Establish Project Milestones;
• Ensure and implement Cost Control Measures at all level of the construction sites;
• Contracts administration and control - reconciliation, consolidation and reporting;
• Day to today resources planning (Men, Materials and Machineries);
• Coordinate with Clients and Construction Manager/Site Manager for day to day activity;
• Oversee an entire construction project, or specific aspects of a larger project;
• Determine the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines;
• Develop the program of work and strategy for making the project happen;
• Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur;

I. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create the health, safety, and environment plans responding to the client’s contract requirements, HSE regulations of Cambodia to minimize the risk of accidents and impact to the environment.
• Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation;
• Ensure the compliance of applicable laws and regulations;
• Prepare applicable HSE reports;
• Provide safety recommendation on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management;
• Investigate accidents or incidents to find the root-causes and surface causes and prepare investigation reports and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors;
• Organize/conduct safety training courses and seminars, and prepare training records.
• Observe and communicate with the site management any unsafe practices and unsafe conditions for the solution to mitigate the risk in the workplace.
• Ability to work with employees and relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies;
• HSE monitoring control to ensure that all HSE programs are implemented as well.
• Lead and train the safety officer/engineer to improve the knowledge and HSE leadership skill.
• Ensure that HSE programs are controlled as well and adhered to the HSE performance schedule.
• Motivate the safety officer/engineer in practices to work effectively.
• Perform other work-related tasks a required as assigned.

• Control and monitor the performance of the assigned process/line in according to the production plan e.g. quantity and quality, productivity, cost and lead time, etc.
• Manage and control all concerned areas to meet the standards
requirement of company quality management system.
• Ensure all products are manufactured according to the specification
• To improve manufacturing process capability to detect any defects.
• Set up Machine

1. Use a variety of surveying instruments such as total station machine, level machine, prisms, and theodolites
2. Transport, assemble, dismantle and maintain surveying equipment
3. Set bend mark, line marking, coordination boundary point
4. Make cross section, mapping, drawing
5. Cooperate daily on the contractor/sub-contractor’s work
6. Ensure the correct location of building/part of building
7. Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

• Prepare architecture design based on design requirements
• Converts design sketches and establishes the technical building details that meet quality parameters, project timelines and budgetary requirements
• Performs programming, code research, material and building systems research, laying out program components and calculating program and building areas
• Prepares drawings following office standards
• Performs site surveys and field reviews to accurately document existing and new construction conditions.
• Use CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop & In-Design, MS Office, Rendering…ect.
• Modify and update designs based on review comments from management.
• Maintain all the documentations related to architectural designs and construction conditions.
• Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner.

• Performs all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the company

- Site preparation (Site hoarding, floor protection, fire exhausting, safety equipment …etc)
- Arrange electrical/water usage, parking and toilet during construction (base on site)
- Coordinate and arrange sub‐con (Got information from SM)
- Understand scope of work (Got information from SM)
- Understand drawing (Got information from SM)
- Do daily report (Morning by post in the group, Evening summary the work and do a file.)
- Order material for using during construction (Got information from SM)
- Check speed of work
- Acknowledge timeline of work (Got information from SM)
- Solve issues at site (If can, if can’t pass information to SM)

- Perform engineering design evaluations and lead project engineering design, specific to the plumbing discipline.
- Prepares engineering analysis of projects, to include: preliminary design, budget analysis, calculations, life cycle costs, and equipment specifications.
- Conducts surveys to gather field data; prepares drawings, layouts, and other visual aids; prepares technical construction specifications.
- Reviews the development of designs for compliance with applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices; performs field inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process.
- Coordinates the activities of the engineering design team.
- Deliver technical presentations to internal and external audiences as required as part of the design process.

Senior IT/ELV Technical Engineer 400-500$ +​ សាំងនិងកាតទូរសព្ទ័ (Experience autocad solutions design, installation and configuration of Access Control, Intrusion Security, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression System, Structure Cabling Solutions, Security Camera Solutions.

- Interpret clients’ requirements from tender documentation, site survey reports or direct communications
- Design solutions addressing customers’ needs and requirements of ELV Systems
- Produces detailed and accurate bid information and bill of quantities(BoQ)
- Detail drawing and schematic information (CAD engineer)
- Calculate project delivery schedule and costing
- Coordinates with CAD Engineers, contractors in the process of installation of systems
- Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Coordinates with Sales/Presales and Technical Dept to process handover project filing with clients and submit report to finance
- Frequent visits to customer sites.
