- Review and check the contractor's submittal including letter, material approval request, method statement approval request, and shop drawing approval request.
- Controlling and Managing project schedule as responsible section for the project. (All the stage mentioned here means the period from Tender, Design stage for master planning to completion of construction for the project and for execution of Defect Liability Period).
- Responsible for instructing / solving all the technical related issue including relevant documentation.
- Carry out site inspection and record. In case the defect will be appeared, necessary instruction to contractor shall be done by construction Manager.

- Support air-condition equipment / machine troubleshoot & repairs (VRF)
- Implement electrical projects
- Carry out preventative maintenance for machine electrical systems (VRF)
- Carry out electrical installation for new machines set up or machine shifting

- Plan & execute electrical preventative maintenance

•Maintaining mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities and equipment in compliance with requirements and specifications,
•Maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection specifications,
•Planning procedures for construction on the basis of start and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction,
•Managing on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion, schedule work, including subcontractors,
