Job Description
1. Carry out daily service work of the company's product technology, including solving customers' doubts and problems in product application remotely or on-site;
2. Communicate with customers, track the operation status of products in projects, handle major after-sales service complaint calls, timely know and receive customers' feedback; collect, analyze and deal with problems, provide regular reports and after-sales service;
3. Develop and maintain relationship with customers, participate in and implement customer service plans, be responsible for meeting customer after-sales needs, solving customer problems and improve customer satisfaction;
4. Participate in the construction of the department's after-sales service system and process optimization, train and empower cooperation partners and team members.
5. Be responsible for the management and inventory of after-sales spare parts
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics or communication, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as working language;
2. More than 1 year experience in security, electronics, after-sales service are preferred;
3. Proficiency in excel, good summarize analytical ability and data processing ability, strong technical sensitivity;
4. Good organization, coordination, communication skills,strong team spirit.
