1.Assist Senior Architectural Coordinator to coordinate, liaise, and inspect site conditions and preparations in all the Architectural works with other trades prior to the start of the construction activities.
2.To verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions.
3.To check condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
4.To check the quality & workmanship installation of all finishing works (Tiling, ceiling, painting works & other related architectural finishing) from start to finishing.
5.To check the quality & workmanship installation of all trade (MEP, ELV, Fire and other related works in the project) from start to finish.
6.To plan & monitor all submitted approve material sample, shop drawings, RFI, method of statement and other technical documents.
7.To review and check materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment.
8.Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Reporting any concerns.
9.To undertake overview supervision duties on site in order to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specification and contract requirements.
10.Report on a daily basis to the QCM on all activities occurred on site.
11.Gives clear, concise and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors. Follows up with Staff to ensure compliance with requirements.
12.Prepare Snag Lists and follow up remedial works until works found satisfactory and other duties as assigned.
13.To provide and produce necessary shop drawings, detail and other technical information needed.
14.Liaise with the project team to resolve technical and detailing issues.
