Job Description
•Adjust surveying instruments to maintain their accuracy.
•Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
•Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other concerned with projects.
•Direct or conduct survey to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
•Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
•Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
•Conduct research in surveying and mapping methods using knowledge of techniques of photogrammetric map compilation and electronic data processing.
Job Requirement
•Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Land Surveying).
•Minimum of 7 years' experience in Construction Survey, Industrial Measurement, or a related field is required.
•Dynamic thinker with the desire to lead, motivate and mentor teams.
•Self-starter with the ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description
•Direct and supervise all site personnel and subcontractors.
•Ensure that all civil & infrastructure activities are well-planned and coordinated.
•Oversee manpower, equipment, and materials to sustain the work efficiency.
•Carry out inspections to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements.
•Provides technical advice to resolve problems.
•Coordinate with PM for procurement of tools and materials to conform to the workloads, plans and schedules.
•Review reports from Superintendents and advise on corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or over the budget.
Job Requirement
•Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering.
•Minimum 7 years’ experience in roads, infrastructure, sewerage, drainage & micro - tunneling works.
•MUST have extensive experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
