ZLEAD is a start-up construction management company based in Phnom Penh. The company project a very strong growth potential in near future with its strong vision and mission to be the nations’ top tier construction company. We invite individuals who can take up the following responsibilities and requirements for the above position.

We expect the “QS Manager” to take the following responsibilities but are not limited to

1. Develop construction material take offs and cost estimations in all area (Civil, Structure, MEP) for multiple projects.
2. Prepare budget estimation and liaise with the project management team for setting up cost baseline.
3. Monitor and control the cost of multiple projects and report any performance variances.
4. Frequent site visits are required to review construction progress and project meetings.
5. Support the project management team in cost budgeting, procurement and contract management.
6. Lead project cost meetings and liaise with the project team.
