Job Description
• Monitor the operation activities inside the processing centre/factory
• Report hourly to the relevant department of the progress of each processing activities
• Flexible on problem solving and strong negotiation skill
• Control the factory labours effectively and ensure the cost-effective during the processing time
• Driving the heavy equipment (Wheel Loader) for managing the factory
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
• Educational/Experience Requirement:
o Have the Driver’s license and eligible of driving the heavy equipment
o Minimum 1-year in related experience
o Special Skills/Abilities Required
o Must be comfortable working on flexible hours, if required.
o Flexible and able to work independently under pressure;
o Able to communicate in English and Khmer (verbal and written)
o Understand and adheres to confidentiality protocols
