Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identity compliance risk including ML/FT assessment for new products or material changes the existing one.
- Advise to branches, and business operation on requirement either from regulatory or group requirement into HKL compliance program and operation including FATCA, Volcker rule, and Conflict of interest.
- Design ML/FT control based on regulatory changes or group requirement.
- Consider way to measure non-compliance risk, and ML risk in operation activities.
- Monitor on operation compliance and financial ratio per regulatory or lender’s requirement.
- Promote of Compliance culture through training, including development of training material to related staff either in Khmer and English.
- Co-work with other business functions either enhancement on system, existing work flow or new business develop on compliance matter.
- Prepare monthly compliance, and other related compliance report as required.
- Onsite visit at branch for AML/CFT review and recommendation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
