Job Description
• Ensuring smooth operation for overall Plant Production Machine and ensure full compliance to safety procedure, food safety management, hygiene procedures, and 5S execution
• To provides urgent support in machine breakdowns and drive the continuous improvement activities to increase the equipment performance
• To alert the Maintenance Supervisor of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur and monitor operation of machinery or equipment to detect malfunctions, the need for adjustments and repair
• To Handle discipline as needed and in accordance with company policy
• To performing routine maintenance (CM, PM…), work order, to ensure the maximum technical availability and other related duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
• Execute any other engineering & maintenance related activities as when required by superiors
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering from a recognized university, polytechnic or equivalent qualification. Min. 2 years’ experience as technician in maintenance or utilities
• Technical knowledge and skills in mechanic, welding, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, basic of automation (PLC, HMI...), control system, instrumentation
• Basic knowledge in utilities system. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Experience in problem solving skills, 5S, drive improvement
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Flexible and be able to work on shift
• Computer knowledge (SAP, MS. Office, and AutoCAD drawing, PLC) and control system
• Be able to communicate in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
