• Deal direct with all type of existing customers VIP, SME and Home
o Customer request termination

o Convince customer to make prepayment as much as we can
o Price concern / Bidding / Price review / Promotion
o Agreement (SLA) / Contract renewal
o Loyalty upgrade speed process
o Move account from Online to IH / from IH to Online
o Migration / C location
o Testing speed
o Change service plan from PPPoE to IP Port / from IP Port to PPPoE
o Backup link - Equipment / CPE…….etc.
o IP Static / China - Re-activate
o Compensation request
o Technical concern
o Assist and pass to TS for checking as soon as possible
o Daily activities report
