- Develop and implement sales service strategy and daily sales service operation
- Build good relationship with existing contract customers to maintain SLA revenue with 100% contract renewal
- Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned industry
- Manage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates
- Prepare weekly call plan for regular customers visit both new and existing customers
- Generate and increase new customer at least 30% year on year growth
- Work with internal & external to issue the service price
- Support sales team to build service proposal and close deal- Achieve sales service quota that set by company
- Maintain monthly meeting with key customers to know about quality of services and their feedback to improve customer service
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or enquiries
- Develop and enhance service sales tools such as slide presentation, proposal, contract, customer references, reports, survey form… etc- Must be able to provide support 24/7 to customers
- Must be able to perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
