Job Description
• Review architectural and Structural plans and prepare quantity needs.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare contracts and set budgets for payments.
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
• Track changes in plans or constructions, update budgets.
• Negotiate and check document requirement with contractors and subcontractors.
• Utilize software to calculate, record, and estimates.
• Analyze completed projects to determine costs.
Job Requirement
o Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering
o 1-2 years experiences
o Proficient in computer skill and Microsoft Office.
o High responsibilities
o Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved result.
o Experience at compiling and following strict budgets, strong estimating and financial analyze skill.
o In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
o Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
o Good personality and able to work under pressure
