Job Description
• Working closely with the engineer team to meet project expectations
• Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviewing the needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
• Communicating effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Extracting and retrieving information and data sets to improve upon the software.
• Determining roadmaps for products in the creation phase.
• Working closely with the engineer team throughout the development process.
• Scheduling and leading meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects.
• Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of project performance post-launch
Job Requirement
• At least hold a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) , Management Information
• System (MIS) or related fields;
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Master's in business administration is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product owner in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process.
• In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Khmer and English.
