Job Description
Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh
Report to: Unit Manager of CBS for IT Service Management
Deadline: 24-May-2020

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage overall issue activities and report issues or challenges to supervisor.
- Review, follow up pending tasks and consolidate weekly activity report.
- Communicate, answer and advice on appropriate actions to users per request/issue via telephone/email and other communication means.
- Administrate on FLEXCUBE core banking functionality, Complaint Sheet and Helpdesk Issue-Solution system.
- Follow up support result and feedback with all users at Head Office and branches.
- Assist in contact Off-Shore Team support to follow up urgent SRs and FLEXCUBE enhancement.
- Assist Finance Branch Support and related departments on system functionalities and testing.
- Ensure FLEXCUBE functionality set up guideline and Helpdesk Manual Operation (SLA) is followed.
- Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 2 years experiences of management IT/MIS.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting and Banking / Microfinance.
- Work experience with Microfinance or commercial bank is a plus.
- Excellent understanding and practice of FLEXCUBE Core Banking or others.
- Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Understanding of Database design and client server architectures.
- Be knowledge of HTML, ASP.Net, C##, Java.
- Excellent communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills.
