Job Description
Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh
Report to: Head of Channel Banking Department
Deadline: 24-May-2020

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and ongoing monitor on Mobile Banking services including operations and risk identification to minimize down-time and to identify suspicious subscribers /transactions.
- Provide assurance on proper business process in operating Mobile Banking services including daily activities of operational staffs, compliance to policy and procedure, and other requirement.
- Provide assistant control in all aspects of local mobile operations.
- Perform Mobile system audit.
- Assist in system implementation and ongoing training.
- Contribute in developing user guide and guideline for Mobile Banking services.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience in a systems administration and support environment.
- Sound knowledge and related experience in problem solving.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of system architectures including hardware and software.
- Computer literacy in particular database, Switch systems, Mobile System and networking.
