Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop user guide and guideline regarding to Payment services.
- Develop application as java or asp.net to support Payment system.
- Find out any negative activities in operation Payment service as well as non-compliance of policies, forms’ completion, or any other further mistakes in branches/merchant.
- Assist control in all aspects of local Payment operations by providing support to assigned branch Payment personnel.
- Perform Payment systems audits.
- Assist in implementation and ongoing training. Coordinate personnel transitions that may be needed to support the system and/or process.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience in a systems administration and support environment.
- Experience in problem solving skills.
- Understanding of various system architectures including hardware and software.
- Computer literacy in particular database, Switch systems, Mobile System and networking.
