About the Company: V-Syndicate is a small and medium scale Property Development Company that encompass Concept Development, Project Management, Building Management and Hospitality Operations.
We are looking for a Project Architect with the following job descriptions:
The Project Architect's main role is to assist the Director of Property Development with the management of the construction projects from the conceptual design phase through to the completion of construction. The key role of the position is to maintain architectural duties in both designing, drafting and overseeing construction during the project cycle.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in architecture or related field of study.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in the related field.
• High level of schedule and time management skill
• High command of computer skill, Autocad, Sketchup, Microsoft office, as well as, other design software.
• Good command of English in both writing and speaking skill.
• Team Leadership –able to lead and manage teams, including contractors and other personnel as necessary.
• Budgeting –have a solid grasp on project budgeting to ensure profitability. Assist Director of Property Development in determining material needs and costs and reviewing contractor estimates during the planning phase.
• Organized, diligent and able to file work-related documents as necessary to the project.
