Job Description
• Review and verify structural engineers’ calculation of estimated construction materials and cost.
• Design detailed structures of all systems and elements of buildings (beams, columns, slab…).
• Lead structural engineer and design team in drawing and managing time and budget.
• Ensure structural plan is in compliance with company standards.
• Examine every risk of all structural plans to maintain architectural and structural integrity.
• Oversee on-site inspection of the structural work.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Structural Design, Site Inspection or a related area.
• Experience in a big and complex construction project (Super market, Mall, High raise building...)
• Good at PT/RC design, be able to manage main contractor and deal problem at site.
• Be able to understand the concept of MEP Design and Architectural Design
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Auto CAD 3D, Auto CAD structural detailing, Advance concrete…
Advanced proficiency in structural analysis (Robot, ETAB, SAP2000, Revit…)
• In-depth knowledge of operations, production and design
• In-dept understanding of sustainable design
up-to-date knowledge of current and trending elements of design and construction technology
• Good written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
