Job Description
• Responsible for site inspection progress with daily and weekly report to site supervisor.
• Checking and verifying architecture drawing to support site engineer, contractor for construction progress.
• Producing 2D drawing detail with specification for construction.
• Understanding of material using for site construction and specification.
• Report technical problem and solution that occur during construction progress at site to site supervisor and Architect department.
• Providing as built update and report for any change or problem that occur at site.
• Work directly with site architect supervisor.
• Interpret and prepare necessary shop drawing
• Able to lead the project or team.
• Able to work in a fast phase environment.
• Able to handle many project at the same time.
• Proficient in English both written and oral to liaise with client and associates.
• Hardworking with positive attitude.
• Check the quality of the workmanship of the installation of the finish work
• Check and review the material delivered to the site if compliance with sample
• Give informative instruction contractor /sub-contractor to avoid rework
• Prepare a defect list of follow up for remedial until the work is done
• Report on a daily basis to supervisor on the work progress
• Ensure that all the work is properly prepared and setting out
• Able to travel to any site location
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or relevant field.
• At least 2 years experiences in building construction.
• Able to use computer application (AutoCAD, SketchUp Vray, Ms. Office).
• Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
• Able to work under pressure, as a team and individual.
• Self-confident.
• Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
• Good behaviour, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge in professional skill.
