Job Description
• Responsible for supporting team in multiple tasks for internal relevant projects.
• Producing 2D drawing and modeling 3D from concept to construction drawing.
• Assist senior architect on design drawing
• Prepare design drawing follow company standard
• Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports.
• Report to line manager for solution when problems occur during construction progress.
• Work directly with line managers or head of department.
• Ensure project deadline is met.
• Report weekly progress of the project to line manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or relevant field (Fresh Graduate).
• Willing to learn and commitments
• Be creative/innovative.
• Able to use computer application (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max + Rendering plug-in, SketchUp +Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Adobe Indesign, Ms. Office).
• Able to do hand sketching.
• Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
• Able to work under pressure, as a team and individual.
• Self-confident.
• Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
• Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge in professional skill.
• Good in writing, speaking and listening English (Chinese is a plus).
