Job Description
- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control, and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work
Job Requirement
-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
-2 years experience in QS & QC
-Possess good problems solving skills
-Be willing to work as a team with high responsibility
-Possess good moral attitude
-Be capable of using Ms. Project
-Be competent in AutoCAD, Ms. Excel, Ms. Office & Internet-Email
-Good Health and be able to work under pressure
