Job Description
• Forecast the price/cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
• Select and/or source construction materials
• Review and checking the BOQ at the starting of the work.
• Prepare lists of the site needs (material, workers, technicians)
• Prepare the detailed reports describing the situation of the items quantities, (plus or minus the contract BOQ)
• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and team in the commercial aspects of the business.
• Provide assistance managing projects according to contractual obligations.
• Prepare and resolve monthly applications, invoices, and payments according to deadlines.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Designer or structural engineering related field.
• 1- years of work experience related field or fresh graduate
• Practical experience with CAD software, sketch up or others programs related field.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime when required
