Job Description
Plan, schedule, or coordinate MEP project activities and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the, ensuring that the design specifications and requirements are met,
- Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the MEP engineering and construction.
- Monitors progress against approved schedules.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
- Reviewing regularly site actual progress and approved material used on site.
- Checking and preparing site reports and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures and method statement.
- Control and monitor on subcontractor and direct worker installation workmanship.
- Constantly improve subordination capability concerned with quality requirement
- Other task assign by Chairman & CEO
Job Requirement
- Age 30 ~ 45
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Advanced level in Excel and Power Point
- Ability to solve and facilitate the problems taken place in working process
- Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
- Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
- Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
- Good communication, and demonstrated customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure and good at team work.
