Job Description
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement
- Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill area
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

- Implement all policies and procedure set-out by Chairman.

- Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible to meet the forecasted budget, cash flow and profit.
- Develop new business opportunities
- Monitor the progress of all projects and keep the Board informed of any critical issue
- Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone, budget and quality constraints.
- Manage business risk throughout all aspects of the company’s activities.
- Develop business relationships with strategic partners.
- Develop internal systems, procedures and practices in line with the group standards and designed to continuality enhance the efficiency of the company’s activities.
- Ensure that throughout all areas of the company’s activities such as business development, planning engineering, construction legal, finance, etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target.
- Obtain the Chairman approval for all major company activities such as new projects bidding, financial commitments, assets purchasing and key staff hiring and appraisals.
- Provide training and development performance evaluation and appraisals to the company staff to enhance qualifications, motivations and belonging to the company (people are the assets).
- Monitoring and coordinating design/construction such as supervision teams to carry out the project based on company procedure.
- Reviewing all kind of design drawing including construction price analyzing.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
Job Requirement
- Master Degree Civil Engineering /Master Degree Arch. and Knowledge about Management with 15-20 years experiences in Business field.
- Degree in business management or a masters in business administration are advantage .
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Good knowledge of business analyze
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
