• Evaluate loan collateral after loan disbursement (For Rollover, Limit Adjustment and Interest Rate Adjustment
• Establish database for locations and building purpose
• Evaluate Borey for housing loan
• Assist credit screen department for loan reviews of branches
• Management for collateral title of Phnom Penh Branhces
• Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 1 year of working experience in collateral or in banking industry
• High proficiency spoken and written of English
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
• Committed, hard-working, and honest individual;
• Willing to work under pressure
