Job Description
• Manage to achieve the set target of student enrollment;
• Conduct market research and plan for activities to increase the student enrollment;
• Assist School Director/Campus Manager in the production/coordination of various communication materials and marketing activities;
• Lead, manage and supervise a variety of marketing campaigns that involve with direct email, outbound call, marketing trade shows/public events, corporate partnership, direct communication/promotion, media and other marketing activities;
• Track the performance post campaign and making recommendations/changes to make the marketing campaign more effective;
• Lead, motivate and manage the Front Office team in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements;
• Supervise and work with the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program;
• Be proactive in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents
• Assist School Director/Campus Manager in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction/school program and activities;
• Execute other tasks requested by School Director/Campus Manager
Job Requirement
• Female
• A minimum of two years working experiences in Sales/Marketing/Advertising/Brand management/Customer service;
• Desire to achieve the set target;
• Experience in working with International School is a plus;
• Fluent in English speaking and writing;
• Experience managing a team is a plus;
• Bachelor Degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent (Master degree is a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic, and resilient to new challenges
• Good analytical and creative problem solving skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
