Job Description
• Oversee all lending activities of the branches to grow micro loan portfolio.
• To manage loan quality, to monitor loan performance and to ensure lending approval process of auto loans and digital lending efficient and faster.
• To design the flow and process of Loan Origination System (LOS) for branches implementation.
• To collect and analyst Loan Proposals before submit to Micro & MSME Lending Division for final approval
Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Banking & Finance or any related field.
• At least three years of experience in Microfinance or Banking industry or other related field.
• Sound knowledgeable of Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Internet, Email...)
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English)
