Job Description
• Offer products and services related to solar rooftop (for homes) to interested parties.
• Estimate the appropriate installation size of the solar system and provide technical information to customers.
• Prepare quotations for interested customers
• Go out to meet customers to explore the data collection page and close the sale.
• Follow up customers and close sales successfully.
• Record customer data into the company's standard database and prepare reports.
• Achieve sales to meet the set targets.
• After closing the sale, follow the progress of the work until the work is delivered successfully.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to meet customer needs.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 3 year of sales experience, at least 1 year of experience in the solar field.
• Having basic knowledge of solar system, electrical system and/or residential structure will be an advantage.
• Have a passion for meeting customers, can send to meet customers in person.
• Have service mind and good manners (Customer Relation Management)
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills, good understanding of customer needs (Negotiation and influencing skills)
• have good communication skills, pleasant tone of voice and good-natured communication skills)
• Are committed to self-improvement and like to learn new things and have a high level of enthusiasm such as following customers (Proactive)
