Job Description
• Facilitate effective interaction among key team players. Engage, assist and support team members in shift meeting.
• Shift arrangement and job assignment to production operators to meet production process objectives.
• Monitor & Report overall production process by shift/line to meet required standards on safety, sanitary and process.
• Supervise and coach team members on machine’s operation and basic equipment care process.
• Monitor quality check during production process
• Discuss with and lead team members (QA, Syrup Room, Planning, and Production & Maintenance) in trouble shooting/investigating process.
• Monitor sanitary in production hall to meet GMP and Safety requirements
• Cost optimization on raw material, packaging material and expendable products.
• Deliver on time and accurate production report (material usages, losses, rejects and breakages) and issues analysis.
• Develop team capability by providing on-the-job training, coaching and performance management.
• Propose and manage and Sustain 5S, GMP and Safety in responsible areas.
• Maintain up-to-date records/evidence of employees' performance
• Attend to minor employees' grievances and inform superior of major grievances
• Fully compliance with related company policy and regulations in responsible areas.
• All executions are to be done in compliance with EHS, QA and Production standards
• Participate in continuous Improvement projects where improvement projects are identified and executed.
• Perform other valued added tasks as required.
Job Requirement
• Min Technical Diploma or Equivalent At least 5 years’ experiences in Production or relevant responsibilities
• Operates as part of an on-going work team or as a member of ad hoc work-related teams or groups, such as production teams and safety committees.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes in various packaging types (cold fill, hot fill, aseptic) including knowledge of food safety regulatory requirements (HACCP) and management quality system
• Understanding of KPIs and its driven criteria
• Knowledge of the principles of equipment maintenance and operations
• Flexible and open-mindedness with willingness to try different ways and able learn new skills, adapt to new development, self-critical attitude and impartial
• Able to work as a team in the performance of work-related activities, organizes aspects of work performed, and support group activities or results to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
• Proficiency in local and English languages
