Job Description
• Identify potential sales opportunities on a Province-District-Commune-Village level
• Direct sales to customers or community in potential area
• Organize and conduct marketing activity, demonstration, and champaign
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follow up by making subsequent sales pitch
• Provide inputs on crop value chains of interest
• Track the pricing and other crop-wise and region-wise market trends
• Capture requirements of farmers to assist in design of new products
• Interface with agriculture research and academic institutions
• Accurately entering and maintaining data on leads and customers into the CRM database
Job Requirement
• University graduate
• Minimum 2-years work experience in relevant field
• Able to travel domestically alone as needed
• Commercially oriented mindset with ability to engage with people on a daily basis
• Experience working with Data Analytics
• Interested to work in startup environment with results-driven attitude
• Flexible and results-oriented mindset
• English and Khmer skills are required
