• Plan and optimise transport routes
• Handle storage and transportation of in- and /or outbound raw materials and finished goods
• Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws, regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, JOS and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system.
• Executive the shipments from production to the end-user
• Track orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software)
• Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
• Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs
• Ensure shipping documents are properly filed
• Deal with local customs in ensuring all proper documentation are duly compliant
• Keep organised records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders rds of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
