Job Description
• Actively seek out and implement opportunities to reduce Run the Business costs
• Drive expected value from existing Facility assets and vendor contracts
• Support the development of facility operating budgets, identify efficiencies and savings where possible
• Build customer relationships and effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors.
• Effectively manage vendors’ relationships and performance improvement plan
• Facilitate in ordering vendor services upon requests by Facility Manager
• Manage the delivery of facilities services by all NTC Group policies, procedures, and contract scope.
• Inspect the office for compliance with all health, safety, and security environmental standards and identify any necessary repairs and maintenance and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate, oversee, and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
• Deal with emergency issues that arise and implement agreed contingency plans
• Coordinate and manage moves, adds, and change activities.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure vendors meet service delivery standards. Document and manage scope changes and instances of poor performance.
• Obtain and review price quotes for the procurement of office maintenance supplies and services.
• Effectively manage and arrange vendor resources or Admin outsource resources.
• Responsible for full compliance with NTC Group policies especially contract management, supplier management, guidelines, and all relevant statutory codes. Where deviations are detected, take appropriate action to rectify and prevent reoccurrence.
Job Requirement
• Degree/Diploma in Building Services, Property Management, or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Other Microsoft Applications
• At least 3 years of facilities/property management and administration experience
• Fluency in oral, written English and Cambodian
• Attentive to details and follow-up works
• Excellent customer service and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
• Asset management
• Good background in engineering/property management
• Good understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements
