• In charge of HR compliance process on LACMS and FWCMS
• Understand the whole process of HR compliance both manual and MOL's system
• Manage and tracking on HR compliance listing and report
• Follow up, deal, and direct contact with ministry officer
• Update and implement HR policies, procedures, internal regulation in accordance with the Labour Law
• Support on Payroll Preparation by providing relevant data and documents
• Prepare monthly Internship and Part-time payment
• Manage on other benefits to staff such as Claiming process, Motor Insurance process, and other staff’s payment
• Other tasks will be assigned from Supervisor and Management
