• Preparing and managing biding documentations & communications
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends in construction and/or real estate investment, infrastructure projects
• Searching and follow up the new project in above mentioned sectors
• Identify target projects and developing strategies to communicate with clients
• Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients’ relationships
• Studying competitor’s project service.
• Support project biding works as requirement, and
• Any other relevant duty as assigned by CEO to assist with smooth operations of the joint venture and organization any partners
