Job Description
• Manage and monitor company's Firewall, internet connection/bandwidth, and network resources.
• Administrator on User Profile, User Email, User Data, backup and restored on schedule based.
• Maintenance computer hardware/software, camera security, printer and network devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware/software, Camera Security, Printer and other network or system components problem.
• Provide support to users on computer hardware/software, network, CCTV camera, printer and others network devices when needed.
• Analyze Computer Network and system and upgrading if necessary.
• Report any noticeable concern regarding to all the above job responsibilities to direct supervisor.
• Assist team members in related job
• Perform any relevant tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
• At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information System, Computer Science and Engineering
• At least 2 years’ experience in sizeable organization or private company.
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Good at problem solving skill
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Be independent, professional, confidential and objectivity
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, Team spirit, flexible and detail-minded
