Job Description
• Implements action plan as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
• Procures new and repeat business for the company by monitoring contact with assigned markets.
• Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the Sales database.
• Prepare all contract as requested by Customer Service Manager for the final approval.
• Conducts Familiarization and Inspection for and in behalf of the company.
• Conducts market research and reports.
• Coordinates sales efforts and requirements with other departments to prompt and effective delivery of commitments to clients.
• Summits weekly and monthly reports and summary of sales’ activity to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.
• Meet with guests visiting all project under company for inspection, familiarization as well as for VIP status stays.
• Establishes and continuously updates mailing lists.
• Organizes and attends major sales related functions with the company.
• Other responsibilities as may be further assigned by management.
Job Requirement
• Job Requirements:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills and a customer service attitude are essential.
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
o Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, prioritize, and manage time effectively
o Proficiency in English
o Can speak Chinese is the plus.
o Be honest, confidential, patient and friendly.
o Flexible and be able to handle complex and changing environment.
