- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Undertaking surveys
- setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising Foreman, Team Leader
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management, building science and other equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in site engineer or civil engineer.
- Be able to use Auto Cad, Autodest Robot, Etabs, Skecht Up, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Being pro-active in the delivery of tasks.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Good sound of verbal and written in English and Khmer.
- Being able to work in team and good time management and initiative skill.
- Being honest, friendly, flexible, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal.
- Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize to other sites.
