Job Description
• Lead Project Architects to provide Architectural/Interior design services for projects under guidance of Architect Manager.
• Prepare Interior Design Presentation to owners.
• Propose Owners the Layouts, 3D Concept Model, Render and Material Moodboards.
• Produce Construction Drawings by coordinating with all related departments, especially technical matter of structure and MEPF.
• Produce Shop Drawing Details including material specification and drawing references all in compliance to CAD protocol.
• Manage and Control Material Samples and ID documentaries.
• Coordinate with clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
• Prepare drawing standard for architect team
• Prepare folder structure for standard document management on server and prepare design document transmittals.
• Review Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements.
• Supervise and train Subordinates complying with their daily tasks and ensure their works are all in compliance with design intents.
• Other duties assigned by Architect Manager.
Job Requirement
o Bachelor degree, 4 years and above experience in similar capacity
o Good interpersonal skill, High commitment toward job objectives
o High discipline, creative and innovative
o Reliable, flexible, fast learner, and hard working, Good command in English
o Strong coordination skills and team player
o Good at using computer software in related design programs
o Good at rendering skill and knowledge in Revit/BIM is an advantage
o Experience in interior design of office fit-out and architecture/decoration for high-rise building is an advantage.
