Job Description
• Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor, and route sales dealer.
• Regular follow up distributor sales activity, sales performance, supply and inventory status.
• Execute sales strategy to boost up the route sales.
• Perform marketing plan to approach dealer purchase from distributor.
• Regular follow up dealer activity, stock status, sales performance, dealer inquiry and support dealer development.
• Communicates, deals and handles distributor & dealer marketing activity, monitor campaign sales program and feedback market information.
• Conduct dealer visit program to develop new dealer network and expand sales channel.Prepare weekly sales report and update market trend/competitor info to Distributor/Sales Manager/General Manager.
Job Requirement
• Degree in any discipline, preferable economy and marketing field.
• Required min 1 year or above working experiences in sales & marketing fields. Fresh graduated are accepted.
• Required skill(s): Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word, and power point).
• Preferably basic possess knowledge in air conditioning fields.
• Highly self-motivated, outgoing and sporting personality.
• Profession communicate in English and Khmer language and able to write in English. Added advantage if able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Possess own transport.
