Job Description
• Obtained market sales data of Daikin brands and identified group of dealer.
• Develop and introduce new products to market by studying market trend, feedback and demand.
• Analyze market trend, feedback on competitors activities and timely setup counter react proposal on market competition.
• Gather intelligence data such as market acceptance and feedback on products, competitor promotions, launches and overall market sentiment.
• Prepare product sales literature and conducts product trainings to sales team.
• Plan and manage new product launching strategy include liaise with factory to get the MP date, delivery plan to Cambodia and sales kit to distributor and dealer.
• Develop and upkeep product literature such as catalogues, technical manuals & instruction and operation manuals.
• Gemba activity with route sales dealers to gain their trust and confidence to use Daikin product.
• Working closely with distributor to support route sales marketing activities.
• Conduct product introduction in dealer shop or hall seminar.
Job Requirement
• Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferable Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field, preferable with distribution channel sales will add advantage.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiations, strong planning and presentation skills.
• Preferable high level of Excel expertise including graph charting and data extraction.
• A team player, possess strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Communicate well in English and Khmer language and able to write in English.
• Good understanding of product and sales cycle.
