Job Description
• Provide training plan which involves organizing schedules and tabulating results.
• Provide Installation & Service trainings to dealers, ASD and internal staff.
• Provide learning materials related to specific training programs.
• Analyze, plan and manage tools and materials inventory related to training
Job Requirement
• Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferable Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Required minimun 2 years relevant working experience in engineering or service industry.
• Must at least possess basic knowledge in air conditioning.
• Preferably possess knowledge in brazing.
• Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word, power point).
• Highly self-motivated, eager to teach, outgoing and good in presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to do hands on.
• Communicate well in English and Khmer language and able to write in English
